Die Volkshochschule Selb hatte zur Geburtstagsfeier geladen. Drei Jahren ist es jetzt her, dass das Café mit Anschluss, eine Angebot der besonderen Art vor allem für Ältere, seine Pforten has opened. The digital camera - not a closed book
Mr. Hoera explained in simple terms, what settings you can do with a camera, pay attention to what you have to get pretty pictures. It is not expensive Ausrüstung notwendig, eher sind die einfachen handlichen Modelle gefragt.

with Air France, we start on 17 October 2010 from Nuremberg to France. The Embraer 170 is a regional pilot, he brings us safely to Paris Charles de Gaulle. Below us the sunshine, as snowy as if we fly over Greenland, are the clouds.
Our ETAP Hotel Porte de Bagnolet is quite favorable, die Metro-Station und der Busbahnhof sind leicht zu erreichen. Die Metro-Wochenkarte lohnt sich für uns, denn wir sind viel unterwegs. Sicher erreichen wir damit immer unser Ziel in der Millionenstadt Paris. Ein ganz wichtiger Hinweis in diesem Pariser Verkehrsgewirr: „Lieber vom Auto überfahren lassen, als die Gruppe verlieren!“
Schon am Montag geht es mit der Metro durch die Pariser Unterwelt zu unserem Meeting in der "EFREI", der Universität für Ingenieure. Wir folgen im Hörsaal den Ausführungen der einzelnen Projektteilnehmer. Der Höhepunkt für uns ist die Skype-Konferenz mit unseren daheim gebliebenen in der VHS Selb. Auf dem großen Bildschirm sehen und hören wir Peter and Karin good and clear. The conversation is easy, just like we always talk to each other. The audience, including students and professors, are very very excited about it.
During our meeting the other day with our European partners from France, Poland and Finland, we show VHS seniors a training session with our trainer Claudi. Von den angekündigten Streiks in Paris haben wir fast nichts bemerkt. Laut hupende Polizei- und Feuerwehrautos, etliche Polizeibusse folgen im Anschluss, das war alles.
Einen ganz besonderen Dank geht an Michaela und an alle Mitfahrer. Gemeinsam können wir nicht nur Paris, Helsinki, Krakau, Tallinn und Brüssel erobern, mit Euch zusammen können wir ganz Europa erobern!
Ohne das Café Anschluss I would never know how exciting and entertaining can be the aging!

Willkommen im Herbst

Der Sommer, so er denn einer war, scheint over. Outside it is uncomfortable, it darkens again soon and the heating in individual cases does so again well.

Am Dienstag, 21. September zeigt uns Peter Wunderlich die besondere Kunst des Jonglierens. Mitmachen ist dabei angesagt. Leichte Seidentüchern, kleinen Bällen oder Ringen, wer was in die Luft wirft, entscheidet jeder selbst.

Am Donnerstag, 23. September kommt Claudia Lehmann zu Besuch - unsere Turnlehrerin. Übungen für alle Tage zur Stärkung von Body and joints, as training for balance and not least the promotion of mental activity - a must for all who go to Paris. For the stay at home but not a reason to stay away so.
Please bring a towel.

On Tuesday 28 September devote we finally back to a computer issue. Working with Word - Create columns and create a layout of the times could be as a cookbook.
